Not only is the second season of Andor the best Star Wars project since 1980, but it will very likely go down as one of the most impressive television seasons ever.
This 12-episode arc, which really unfolds more like four interconnected feature films, is the best season of television so far this year, and one of the best of the current decade. It is what “Star Wars” (and all sci-fi TV) can be at its peak.

Bin da voll und ganz bei Dir was Syril angeht. Fand den Start der zweiten Season etwas holprig, ab Episode 4 ziehts aber inhaltlich an. Ausstattung/Set-Design und Kostüme auch super. An der ein oder anderen Stelle merkt man zwar, daß das eigentlich mehrere Staffeln hätten werden sollen, aber durch das Weglassen von Handlung bleibt wenigstens Raum um selber die Hirse anzulassen. Putzig fand ich den Versuch gegen Ende, mittels angepasster Frisuren und Filtern auf den Gesichtern, die Charaktere an Rogue One ranzuführen.
